Charged incorrectly with my subscription

    I was only trying to update my card info and was charged $234 for silver. I wanted to keep Bronze and get charged monthly!

    Just to clarify, the 50% discount that is currently applied to your Silver Yearly plan is only applicable on yearly subscriptions. This means that switching to a monthly subscription will not carry over the discount. Do you still want to switch to Bronze monthly? Please let us know so we can assist you here.
