Question about Silver Package and HIPAA Compliance

My organization is looking for a HIPAA survey vendor. Looking at the Silver package, would we not have the ability to brand our survey's?

Could you elaborate to us what kind of branding would you like it to be? Would you like to add logo, or custom domain?

If you would like to add logo image, you may do so in Silver plan. However, to use custom domain, you will need Enterprise account for a full white label.
