After we "tested" the process, I deleted the testing entries but it hasn't added those tickets back to the remaining available seats. Any suggestions?

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. It could be that the submissions you have deleted are still in the Trash Entries section of the JotForm Tables.
You can delete the submissions forever and see if that will make the Inventory widget in your form show the correct remaining seats.
