How can I fix my Notification Template after clicking Switch to Text View?Asked by jaures on September 30, 2013 at 02:31 PM

BASED ON THE ATTACHED PICTURE. I UNFORTUNETLY CLICK ON [C] WHICH THE VIEW OF THE NOTIFICATION TO HTML MODE [PICTURE A]
CAN YOU PLEASE HELP TO HAVE THE NORMAL VIEW [B]??

Hi jaures, Once you click that button it removes the default template so even if you then swap between that and back again it then seems unappealing. The quickest way to correct it after that so that you can then have the same thing again is to delete the Notification and then make a New One. But aside from that if you had changes beforehand then you would have to make them again just make sure you don't click that again. However though, you can still fix it manually as there are tools to fix it but it just takes awhile is all.
Below you can see I've circled the toolbar to manually correct it with the Table Button highlighted in green to start rebuilding the template. You will have to adjust the data accordingly to get it back to how you had it if you wish to do it this way.
