I would like to create a Hire form for clients and it needs to be recurring

I would like to create a Hire form that we fill out and get client to sign .Which we can have on a tablet and keep for our records.The form needs to be recurring for new clients .Is this an option?

If it's on-site, meaning the client is on the location and can sign the form on your device, you could do this on our mobile form app. You can open the form in Kiosk, fill it, then have the client sign, then submit it on their behalf.

If it's offsite, you have to let the client fill and sign, and submit the form. You can publish the form with its direct URL.

When you say recurring, do you mean you want your clients to fill up the form on a schedule? You can do this by setting up email reminders.
