Authentication/Authorization Failed

    Help! Buyers can't make a purchase on my form. It says Authentication/Authorization Failed. When I edit the form it says there's an accessibility error - all form questions should have a label, but I don't know how to resolve this.

    This has been resolved - my PayPal account wasn't connected - I needed to delete the payment section and add it back in, which prompted connection / verification.
