Recipients Receiving Multiple Emails per Submission

    Hey there,

The problem is: I have recipients who are being notified multiple times via email if someone fills out my form.

    Here's the form: https://form.jotform.com/203357070793154

My form is a job application for a restaurant group. Applicants can pick from a multiple-choice list which restaurants they want to apply to. In Conditions and Email Settings, I have a different set of managers/regional managers/chefs to be notified depending on which restaurants have been picked.

The people who are getting notified multiple times are those who are listed to receive emails for more than one restaurant.

For example, one of the regional managers, Anne, is over four restaurants, and needs to be notified anytime someone applies to any of her four restaurants.

But, if someone applies to all four of her restaurants, she gets four different emails for the same person.

Is there a way around this?

See attached for an example, where I filled out my form and selected all four of her restaurants, and said my name was "test test".

I'm testing a cloned version of your form, but it seems to trigger all the emails that has condition for "Which restaurants are you interested in applying to?" field. There's no condition that validates the other condition or disable other condition if certain rules are met.

Jotform conditional logic is based on field input so if the rule is TRUE for that field, it will trigger all other conditions associated with that field.

Since you have the email different conditions, if all options are selected, all emails will be triggered as well.
