How can I add people to group's in Mailchimp based on the answer to a question in a JotForm

Hello! I hope you're doing well!

I'm trying to integrate a JotForm with Mailchimp and I would like to add respondents to two groups in Mailchimp based on their response to a single question. Is it possible to make this dynamic?

More specifically, if people answer yes to the question "I would like to receive occasional event invitations, news and updates from SIYLI via email" then I would like them to be added, within Mailchimp, to the two subgroups "SIYLI's Monthly newsletter" and "information about our events" (both of these are pre-existing groups on our Mailchimp list).

I had previously set up the integration for this form with a different list in Mailchimp where they tag were added dynamically , but we are integrating our lists and so I want to update it.

Yes, that's possible with MailChimp Integration. You should be able to see and select your existing groups from the selected List. Example:

You can also select "Only if user agrees" and enter your terms text so contacts will only be added when the user agrees to your terms (check the checkbox added to your form).
