Hello -
Help! I scheduled 2 emails to be send out today, December 1. One was resending a confirmation of their submission/registraiton. The second had information about pick up for our event on Saturday.
I'm having people contact me and said they never received theses 2 emails. They checked their spam and didn't see it there either.
Is there a way to see if these emails were sent out? Please advise. Thank you so very much!

You can check the mail log from your Account history page: https://www.jotform.com/help/370-how-to-view-your-account-activity-logs
There are 217 submissions received for the form in your account. Have none of the users received the scheduled emails or only a few?
