want to upgrade to paid but cannot login

    I have (or had) a login for manager@clearskyclinic.com.au and another personal login for peteroram@icloud.com

    I can still login to peteroram@icloud.com but I can't login to manager@clearskyclinic.com.au and I have tried to reset my password without any success. (I have tried a couple of times, including checking my junk and deleted-mail folders.) I would like to upgrade my account before the generous discount ends, but can't. Any ideas?

    As per checking, there is no account with the email address manager@clearskyclinic.com.au.

    If you have deleted the account previously, then that account may have already been purged.

    You can instead create a new account with that email address or change your personal email to that one depending on what you prefer.
