Can we send the PDF attachment conditionally?

I have hidden fields on my form that have to be completed by my staff after the user completes the form online.

After these hidden fields are completed, I want to create a pdf and send the pdf to the user via the email they provided when they submitted the form.

When I use the autoresponder, it send the form before I've had a chance to input the hidden fields. When I send it from the pdf editor, it only has my email address as the option to send the email to. (also, I am getting an error message when I email myself the pdf and try to open in on my phone saying the page cannot be found, error 404)

So you may create a condition to trigger the email with the PDF attachment only when the hidden fields are filled.
