Form Over Quota

    Jotform notified us that we were within our upload storage space and our account was being suspended. I have since been able to delete some files which has now freed up our upload storage space, but our form has still been suspended (over quota?).

    Are you able to please confirm what the issue is?

    Thank you. It is the "Wedding Styling Profile" form.

    All forms in your account are working fine.

    It could have been a form cache issue which has also been cleared from our end.

    Please check and let us know if you are still getting the over quota message.
