Google sheets integration issue

    Hi, guys,

    I'm using the built-in Sheets integration for my payment (PayU) form and i tend to have some issues with it. Most notably it occured a few times that a submission in the form did not appear in the sheet. While at times it might have happened due to us working in real time in the sheet (sorting, deleting, adding rows) last time we paid more attention and I had one instance where for sure there was no interference: There was a submission at 11:58, another one at 13:06 and 13:38. In the google sheet the middle one did not appear and I reviewed the versions in the sheet: there were only 11:58 and 13:38. All three payments did go through immediately.

    Any ideas what could have caused it?


    - Is there any way to automatically add a note if a payment pending submission has been manually finished?

    - Is there or do you plan to add any option to manually re-send a submission to the sheet? Ie in the case above once i noticed there is one more submission in the form than in the sheet i could just select it and press send to google sheet or whatever

    Hi Ksdraft,

    Please try removing and integrating once again and let us know if the issue still persists. That would also resend the submissions to the sheet.

    Unfortunately, there is no option to automatically add notes if has a pending submission.

    May we also ask for the form URL for us to push the submissions?
