Hello,
I would like to ask you if it is possible to download a form PDF but not with all the info but just some I select. For example: in my form, I have 10 different sections but I want in my PDF just 5 of them. Can I do it?
Second question: is it possible for me, if I have different but identical forms, to collect all their information in just 1 table view of the submissions?Thank you

Thank you for contacting us.
I would like to ask you if it is possible to download a form PDF but not with all the info but just some I select. For example: in my form, I have 10 different sections but I want in my PDF just 5 of them. Can I do it?
Yes, that's can actually be achieved with the custom PDF submission.
Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-how-to-customize-pdf-submissions-report
You can actually control which data to show in the PDF submission report.
See the image below.
Remove certain data.
ADD submitted data. The lists of data are listed under the "FORM FIELDS" tab.
Second question: is it possible for me, if I have different but identical forms, to collect all their information in just 1 table view of the submissions?
For us to assist you better and avoid confusion, I have moved this query to a separate ticket. We'll address your concern about the table view on the support ticket link below.
