With the new JotForm tables, you can have all the submissions from different forms in one place. Each form's set of submissions are in one table view and separated by tabs, which allows form owners to manage the data easier.
Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/1002-how-to-get-data-from-other-forms-in-jotform-tables
I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Hi,
First of all, thank you very much for your answer.
Yes this I saw, but I wanted to if I can put all the submissions from the different forms in just one table? -

Hello! You can download data from all of your forms in Excel format. This will give you different files. Then create a new Excel file and put data from these files to this new Excel file.
Once you have your Excel file, you can simply import it into Tables as demonstrated below:
I hope this helps. let us know if you have any further queries.
Thank you!
