Hi there, I have a client trying to complete a form on her iPad and she's spent 30mins filling it in but now it won't let her complete the signature box. Please tell me urgently how she can sign the signature box on an iPad or how she can bypass this as she doesn't want to have to fill the form in again due to the time it's taken.

Greetings Rachael,
I've checked your form on an Ipad, in an emulator and the signature field is working. Please suggest your client to try a different browser or you can make the signature field unrequired, so she can submit the form without filling the signature field.
You can follow the guide to see how you can turn off the required field option.

We apologize for the inconvenience Most browsers have cookies enabled by default so it would be easier to fill out your form again as it will suggest the previous information she submitted while she types. Example:
Please try asking her to fill out your form again. I bet we can extend her patience a bit :)
