Timed/Automated Disabling FormAsked by mfcministries on September 30, 2013 at 10:57 PM
Is it possible to pre-program a time/date when a form will disable? For example, we're using form as a registration forms for events and advertising on our site that early registration will close at 5:00 PM on a specified date. Currently we have to manually disable the form or remove the link to the form form out site. Is it possible to set a time/date when the form will automatically disable?
You can set the expiration date and time for the form in the preferences section of the form as shown below. The format of the expiration date should be entered as YYYY-MM-DD 00:00, where the time should be in 24 hour format. For example if your need to enter October 1, 2013 5:00pm. it should be entered as 2013-10-01 17:00
