HIPAA forms and access for those who don't have a jotform account

    Hello,

I had attempted to send a form to a client but it was requiring them to set up a jotform account. My clients are ages 65 and above and signing up for a jotform account is not something they want to do. Is there a way to send a HIPAA compliant form without the need for them to set up an account?

    Greetings Lucy,

Are you sharing the form URL with them only or have you assigned the form to the users? Upon checking your latest form I can see that you've assigned it to two contacts. These contacts will need to create a JotForm account in order to fill and submit the form.

Please revoke their access and they should be able to submit the forms without creating accounts.
