    Hello Saskia,

Do you want your user to be able to edit/modify the submission record/registration data which they have already submitted?

I am not sure which login and password details you want to share with them. Please do clarify on this. Please be informed that you should not have password field in your form which will trigger out anti phishing system to suspend your account.

Anyways, coming back to your original question. Yes it's possible to allow your user to modify/edit their registration data. To achieve this, you should add a autoresponder in your form. Please add {edit_link} tag in the email body of your autoresponder. Once user completes and submit the form, they will receive a notification email with the edit link and clicking on this edit link will allow them to modify the registration data.

Here is a guide which should help you achieve this:  http://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
