I am trying to recover and update payment on my account

    The system is not allowing me to login into account subscription to update my payment and recover my previously created electronic forms Please advise.

    I checked your account and it is subscribed to the Bronze plan. If you forgot your password, please reset it by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/489-how-to-reset-jotform-account-password
