Educational discount - tax exempt?

Hello!

We were just approved for an education discount (username GreeneCenter, email address career.center@rochester.edu), but it is still applying tax when we check out. How can I submit our tax exempt status?

I have checked our records and I can see that your account has been approved for the Educational Discount. You may now upgrade your account with our discounted prices.

Please note that for the initial payment, the sales tax will be included in the total. However, since you are a tax-exempt organization, we will refund you the sales tax after the transaction is made. Then, we will also be able to remove the sales tax from your account altogether.
