unable to reactivate subscription

    I was receiving emails about lack of payment to our account. Napa Chamber of Commerce.

    I called cc company and there should not be any further issues but I need to see if you have successfully used for payment this month.

    Hello Marissa - I understand that you would like to talk with us via phone, however, we don't have phone support. You may write down your concerns on this ticketing system, and we'll be more than happy to look into it.

    As to your concern, I just checked that we were unable to collect the payment for your subscription's autorenewal. To reactivate it, you can click on the PAY NOW link in the email you received then try to re-enter your credit card details there.

    Sometimes this issue happens when the bank declines the charge or when the card on file is already expired.
