Hi I am having trouble with receiving attached images on my forms. When I go to click on the link the client has uploaded to the form, it takes me to a page that says something went wrong. Any help would be appreciated,

Hello Sonia,
That is related to the privacy settings of your account, particularly for the files. You have to log in first on our website before clicking the download link, both actions should be on the same browser. If you want to download without logging in, you have to uncheck the privacy.

Uncheck Require log-in to view uploaded files.
