Notification emails are not recieved

    Additionally, I'm having an issue with email confirmations. 1) I am not getting email confirmations when someone submits a form. 2) The person submitting the form is not getting email confirmations that the form went through. 3) The person submitting the form is not getting a copy of the invoice.

    Can you please let us know does this happens on all your forms? Can you please send us the email where you are expecting the emails and the IDs of submissions which are not sent, so we could check our logs to see if there are any problems while sending.

    Also, please make sure emails did not end in the trash folder.
