Pass form password through URL parameter

    Hello,

I seen on this thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1179932-Is-there-a-way-to-include-the-password-as-a-URL-parameter-on-HTML-reports that you can pass the password in the URL by using ?passkey={password} for a report, but I tried this with a form and it does not work. Is there a way to do this with forms? I seen where a lot of people have asked for this, but there were no answers. This would be really helpful in sending users links to password protected forms, to allow them to fill them out.

    Thank you,

    Matt

    Thank you for reaching support,

Unfortunately, due to limitations and security purposes, this is not possible, only field inputs can be passed via the URL parameter.

However, I will be making a feature quest for this functionality, but please note that we are not able to guarantee an ETA of when this will be developed or implemented.

If there are any updates, our developers will be responding to this support ticket.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Best.
