    MailChimp-Autofill?

    Hi there,

    I'm trying to integrate Mailchimp into my form and I'm wondering if I can use this integration to offer an option for autofill?

    This is a signup form for a rewards program that we offer every year and many times the customer's information doesn't change. I would love for them to be able to type in their Account and Password, have it autofill their information then simply allow them to update any information they may need.

    I currently have a MailChimp account, though I'm thinking about signing up for a secondary account solely for this rewards program. If I were to upload a spreadsheet with all applicable information that would be on the form, up onto Mail Chimp, could I integrate every field? If so, is the auto-fill option a possibility since it would already be up on Mail Chimp?

    I'm having difficulty finding HOW to actually integrate the fields, if anyone has a link to a tutorial on how to do this?

    Also, if there IS the option of auto-fill, how would I know the information has been updated? Would I receive a notification or be able to see that change in mail chimp?

    Hi,

    Good day! Here's our guide for Mailchimp Integration: MailChimp Integration. You can integrate any fields for as long as your Mailchimp Form fields are ready and would match to your Jotform Form fields.

    -I don't think the account and password is possible, but you can always allow subscribers to update their preferences. This guide would help you: http://kb.mailchimp.com/article/how-can-i-add-a-update-profile-link.

    -The EDIT function is also possible with Jotform Forms. You can create an Auto Responder (Setting Up Form Autoresponder), then in the Autoresponder Email Body, add the EDIT Link:

    After someone submits to the form, he/she will receive the autoresponder email containing the Edit URL. The subscriber can click the Edit URL and update the information they have submitted to your form.

    -As far as I know, Mailchimp would notify you once the subscriber updated their information via the Update Preference Link.

    -Jotform will do the same. One you have the Edit Link and someone update the information, Jotform will notify you about the changes.
