I was able to encrypt one form but when I went to encrypt another form it asked for my password. I entered the password that I am currently using but got a message saying that the password was incorrect. What is going on?

Have you signed up your account via Google authentication?
If so, you need to create a password for your JotForm account first, by following these steps: Guide: How-to-reset-JotForm-account-passwordIn any case, resetting your account's password by following those steps should resolve the issue.
