I don't know how else to contact you. I am being charged twice for my account. Can somebody help me resolve this issue?

Good day! I've check our records and found out that you've made a new order for Premium Yearly just a few hours ago. However, I seem can't see any additional charges for your account.
We'll surely check this further if you can give us the Order Reference Number or Subscription Numbers of the said charges.
