Easy way to use the same form for multiple programs?

I'd like for teachers of various different classes to see ONLY forms signed by their students (not the entire list of every student who has ever completed the form).

All our classes use the same waiver form, but I want to make it easy for teachers to see for themselves if their specific student list has completed the waiver—and ideally, to have access to those forms only.

Is there a way to do this?

You can use this feature to filter the data by Teacher's data (i.e. Name). So make sure there is existing teacher's Name field in the form so you can use it later.

Is there a way to share the filtered results with someone via an automated email?

The shared submissions/table page has a fixed URL so you can include the URL in your autoresponder.
