Can you create multiple drafts using save and continue later?

Our team utilizes jotform to send prospective customers an agreement for ratification. Since we are not always customer facing due to COVID, we need the ability to prefill the form, save and send draft link for completion. We have found that when one of my team members pre-filsl the form, saves, and sends to a customer, our other team members cannot do the same for their customers. Is there a way to create and save multiple drafts, each draft with their own unique jotform link so we can have multiple team members use the same form at the same time for different customers? From what it looks like, the first draft you save has to be completed before you start, save or finish a new one.

Can multiple drafts be created? — It should be possible to create multiple session, but you'll need to use an incognito mode where the cache is not recognized by the form. Otherwise, the form will ask you to complete or discard the draft.

Please use incognito mode when creating another draft.
