We use a jotforms for Animal Adoptions.
If someone buys an animal adoption as a gift for someone else we ask for the recipients information. Name, Address, Phone number and Email.
We want the recipients email to let them know about their animal and adoption events. However once the purchaser completes the form it automatically sends the gift recipient an email saying that they have purchased an animal adoption. Thus, ruining the gift for the purchaser.
How do I prevent emails being sent by jotform to gift recipients.

You can delete the autoresponder if you do not want to send an email to the recipient of the gift.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes. -

Hi there,
The second option is to change the Recipient Email Field inside the AutoResponder email.
Currently, the AutoResponder is being sent to the Recipient email Field as you can see above. You can change it to fix this.
Thanks
