How do I have a link inserted into the form?

We are asking people to make a donation to JCFS if they are attending our program. I want to add the link https://jfcssnj.org/tbs-sisterhood/ to the jot form Sisterhood Shabbat Events RSVP

Can you please tell me how to do this?

You can use the Paragraph field to add text with links in your form.

Add the text and select the text to insert the link into it:
