    I was charged $39 on Dec. 1st and today I get an email bill for $29 that didn't go through.

    When I logged in today your site says I'm on Bronze.

    And why are my forms being Jotform Branded

    What gives.

    Hello,

    I can see on our system that you have been scheduled for a downgrade as your subscription is overdue, due to a failed payment.


    The downgrade will be effective on 5 December 2020. Should you want to keep your Bronze plan, you would have to update your payment method on the billing page of your account: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing.
