[Urgent] Issues & bug with our new form

    Hello Jotform Team,

    You will find bellow complaints and problems encountered by our customers on our new online form. Could you tell us what to do to avoid this kind of bug?

    First Problem :


    Regarding communication & press, the attached link does not work correctly.

    When I enter information after a while the page crashes and closes automatically.

    Second Problem :

    I have tried to fill out the form now multiple times, which is rather time consuming, but I always get the same error message…

    I had the same problem last time with your application form.

    I’ve tried it on different internet providers, which doesn’t solve the problem.

    It always asks me to “go back” but when I press that button, I get the same message again.
