Some recipients cannot open jotform uploaded files.

Hi! This is because of your Privacy Settings. only form owners can access the uploaded files. If you don't want this beahavior, then please visit your 'account settings' page and turn off the privacy setting "Require log-in to view uploaded files." (as indicated in the screenshot below).

This will allow every-time with the uploaded file link to access it.
