How can I show a message in the autoresponder, including the name of the person who sends the submission?

    Hi I would like to insert a message and the persons name in the auto response mail when submits  the form.

     

    Something like...

     

    ‘Thanks (name) for getting in touch with us. We’ll contact you shortly using the details you provided’.

     

    Can you help

    Thanks for contacting us Paul.

    You can easily accoomplish what you need by followin the next steps:

    1. While editing your form go to Setup and Embed tab.

    2. Then choose Email Alerts and choose the Autoresponder email.

    3. Add the text "Thanks" and then click on the Name option from the Forms Fields menu from the right side as I show you in the image: 

     

    4. Then continue entering the text so that it will look like this:

    The variable {fullName1} could change in your form.

    Then just save the changes and your form. This is the result your form users will get:
