Error message when trying to download submission as PDF

I am trying to download a submission to our form as a PDF, but I keep getting the following error message:

I tried to download a previous submission that worked before, and that one is also generating an error. What is the problem and how do I fix it so I can print these submissions in the form that I created?

Do you want to download submission PDF? Based on the message you have shared, it appears that you are trying to download fillable PDF form.

I would suggest you to please share the complete code that you are using, and we will take a look.

What do you mean by "complete code"? I'm simply choosing the submission and clicking the large green "Download" button and then choosing "Download as PDF," which results in the above error message.

Firstly, please let us know if you are referring to this form https://www.jotform.com/form/203163629278056.

If yes, the Download button on the Submission page should download the original PDF document with your data.

However, there seems to be an issue with the uploaded PDF:

Please re-upload the PDF and then check.

Before that, you could download your 2 submissions as an excel file from your submission page.
