My password was changed without my knowledge

    Apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    I have checked our logs, but I cannot find any email that indicates that the password of your account was changed. Did you share your login credentials with anyone? If you think that your account is being used without your knowledge, I would suggest you to change your password and username.
