Is there a way for the forms to be sent or viewable by other accounts?

Hi Ashley, thank you for reaching us.
You may set the form visible so other users will not be required to log in. To do this, you simply need to go to Publish > Quick Share > Public Form.
Let us know if you have other questions.

Hi Ashley, thank you for clarifying it for us!
You may set the Tables in Public. To do it, simply click on Share > Private Tables.
The option Public Table will be available.
Then, you may share the link to another account.

Hello Ashley,
As you can see in the screenshot posted by my colleague above, there is an option for "Company access" - which allows access to only people in your company.
Here is a useful guide that could help you out: https://www.jotform.com/help/1010-how-to-share-your-jotform-tables-and-collaborate
Let us know if that would help.
