Notification emails for recurring payments

    Is there a way to set up a notification email after a recurring payment is made through our so that our team knows when a recurring donation happens in order for us to follow up and thank the donor?

    Greetings.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to set up notification emails for the recurring payments. After the user has entered their information, it is forwarded to the chosen payment gateway. Jotform does not have any information on when the payments will take place.
