password reset please

    Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.

    I have checked our records and I found that the email address you are using in this support ticket (terrence.parker1@verizon.net) does not match the email address on the account Hedgefund1.

    If you are trying to reset the password for the account Hedgefund1, you will need to enter the associated email address in order to receive the password reset link. If you are using an email address that does not match the email of the account then the password reset link will NOT be sent.
