The images submitted with my forms are not loading. I was able to see them yesterday and when the submissions came in but now I cannot load any of them. I am not out of space. I have not surpassed the limits on my account. I need to be able to retrieve these pictures. They don't open and there is no file there when I download.

Hi thevbaclink, thank you for reaching us.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused to you.

I have looked into your table and tried to download the file. I encountered the error screenshot below:

    1607032168_5fc95d6837798_

404 Not Found (S3) error occurs when the file is not properly uploaded to our servers. This mostly happens when the user submitted the form before the file was fully uploaded. It's also likely the user that uploaded the file does not know this happened.

Please kindly ask the user to re-upload the file again or edit their submission. Please ask the user to re-upload the file again or edit the submission.

Please let us know you encounter the same error when it is re-uploaded.

    Thank you!

This is happening to every single file that was uploaded. 62 files. Sixty two that o could open and download yesterday but not today. Luckily I downloaded all but for yesterday and just need the four that are left. This UDA a problem with Jotform NOT a user problem. You lost my files. I need you to find them.

I have people submitting on two forms where the images come through and I can open and download them but then less that 24 hours later I cannot see them again and the 404 error arrives. Is anyone even looking into this? I am about to invest a lot of money into this form toll but I am quickly changing my mind after the lack of response and the loss of submitted data.
