We are looking on setting up a subscription box business. Originally we planned to use Shopify. We now see that Jotform helps with payments as well. That said, does Jotform REPLACE Shopify? Or Does Jotform power the 'forms' aspects and then integrate with Shopify? We are unclear on the extent of Jotform's payment offering.

Good day, you can set up a payment form, and integrate it with any of the available payment processors:

Then, if you want to embed it in your Shopify page, please follow this guide:

My question is different. My question is - can JotForms be used to entirely replace Shopify? In otherwords, can I use JotForms as my eCommerce platform INSTEAD of Shopify?

    Hi there,

I'd say that it depends on your requirements. Shopify is a platform specifically made for e-commerce. Whereas Jotform is more of a Data Collection & Management tool. However, Jotform does give you the ability to create a form that can work as a complete e-commerce store. You can add products, integrate payments, collect and manage user's data, helps you integrate your forms and data with many top of line web-based applications without any additional costs on our end.
