Account suspended

    I'M REALLY PISSED OFF.... THIS IS THE 3RD TIME IN 2 WEEKS THAT MY ACCT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED. I have orders that people are trying to make and they can't because the form is not found, I need this up and running asap. This makes my business look bad.

    My name is Tomyka Brackin and I recently created a form. I had a customer who filled out the form to place an order. I went in to see if I can see the order placed and it shows that my account was deactivated for phishing. I'm not sure what I did wrong and why it was deactivated. I'm using this form to place holiday orders.  

    Can someone please let me know what i did wrong and how can i correct this?. I love this website and it's easy to create forms.
