How can I reset my upload limit?

Hi, there is a notification email stated that my account had reached the upload limit of 100MB. So i delete all the submission entry from my form. When i first delete forever from the trash, my account upload limit is reset to 0MB. However, when i back to the main page of my jotform, the upload limit is not reset yet.

Can you please advise what can i reset my upload limit?

It looks like there was a delay in resetting the numbers: when I look at your account now, all limits have been reset.

Could you please login again and confirm that you are able to see that the limits have been reset as well?
