Why was I charged for a year membership without my approval?

    Your plan was auto-renewed since you did not cancelled the subscription.

    Do you want to cancel the subscription and get a refund for the payment? If yes, we can downgrade your account to a free account and then refund the payment.

    I have asked for my account to be downgraded to Bronze Month to Month... I see that my account has been downgraded but have not got conformation of my refund of $370.77 I requested. When will this refund be sent to me? I get messagers from support I can get this refund If I request it... I request it and no replys. Thanks for you help.

    Your account is now indeed downgraded to Bronze Monthly. We have now processed a refund. Please expect the refund to reflect in your bank account within 2 to 5 days.
