Make my PDF Download look the same as the JotForm

    Hi Guys,

Is there anyway that whenever I download an answered sheet into a PDF form, it looks exactly the same as how it is set up like when I created the JotForm?

Every time I download it into PDF, it doesn't look like the Jotform that I used. Thanks

Just to clarify, please note that PDF Form is different from PDF Document. As per checking, you have both within your PDF Editor.

    https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor/203378126177054

PDF Form is meant to be downloaded so that users can fill it out using PDF readers like Adobe Acrobat.

PDF Document is meant to display the user's submitted data.

When you say it does not look like the JotForm you used, can you please share screenshots of what you want it to look like and what it currently looks so that we know which exactly are you referring to?

I meant PDF Document. Thanks for clarifying. I want to download the PDF
document with a side by side photo just like what I did in my Jotform.

Please note that you can take advantage of our PDF editor to customize the PDF document as per your need.

I will add a new PDF document and try to place the file uploads side by side. I will get back to you on this soon.

I have added a new PDF document in your form and placed the before / after file upload field side by side. Please check the screenshot below:

Is this acceptable or you want all the images to be displayed in one single page? Please let us know and we will further customize it.

We will wait for your response.

That is correct, it will. You just need to select the correct PDF document when you enable the PDF attachment in your Notification/Autoresponder Emails.

May we know what fields are not showing? You may try manually adding the missing field in your PDF document in the PDF editor.

You may select the attached PDF in your notification/autoresponder email.
