I have my username and password written down, so I know they are correct, but every time I try to login I keep getting an error message and have to send in to have a password reset sent to me.
I'm using jotform to make forms for my client's website and the email address the request goes to is hers since she will be the one receiving information from the forms I put on her site. Needless to say this is quite a hassle, especially since she's in Chicago, IL and I'm in Scotland, UK! When she receives the reset email and forwards it to me, it has often expired by the time I see it due to the time difference.
All that to say, is there a problem with the login that if I sign out I can't sign in with my user name and password? Usually I just stay signed in to avoid the problem, but I had to reinstall Windows so everything got erased.
Also, is there any way to change the username?

Seems like the dysfunctions will continue year after year until someone pulls their finger out. My emails keep getting bounced. This is the very last time I will pay this Company

Thanks for contacting us and apoloegies for the inconveniences caused.
Normally for the accounts owner confidentiality when reseting the accounts password its sent to the accounts email Id and expires after sometime, for this reason I advice that you askthe a the account's owner to individually reset the account's password and then send you the login credentials.
On changing the account's username yeah this is possible but you need to login into the account then open a new thread requesting for this.
