remove VAT in the invoice

    Good morning - we have VAT on our bill & our accounts department tell me this is incorrect? Can you help please?

    Please note that VAT is imposed by our payment processor FastSpring and this is based on your location.

    If you are exempted to receive VAT, you can contact FastSpring support so that they can refund/cancel the VAT.
