Tables view + Input Table: Editing Input Table values in the Tables view overwrites data in the wrong way for a particular form

    how are you?

    I am trying to use your new submission option and edit the form directly from the new submission view. but when I edit the form and download the form to a PDF file
    I get only the first row and not all the them
    please see picture one - this is the editing mode from your system(you can see 5 rows)
    and the second picture of what I get in the PDF file after download (only the last row)

    can you help me with that

    Thank you for contacting Support.

    I have cloned and tested your form. I did edit the submission and download the PDF file and I wasn't able to replicate the issue.


    I have cleared your form cache from the server.

    Please check and let us know if the issue still persists.

    Thanks for getting back to me so quickly
    I still have difficulty with the form
    Maybe I wasn’t clear before - the problem is only When I edit the form from
    the Jotform tables
    And then try to download the edit form.
    When my customer or I fill the form the traditional way, it works
    perfectly. But sometimes, I need to make some adjustments and want to edit
    the submission form by myself self, and I want to use the new table
    feature. But when I edit from there, I have this problem

    Hello! This seems to be a bug. The Input Table values of your form aren't being properly updated from the 'Tables' view.

    When you update these Input Table values from the 'Tables' view, the app is overwriting these values in the wrong way. The PDF is only displaying what is found in the database.

    I was able to replicate this issue on a cloned version of your form. Following is the screencast of this issue:

    I was not able to replicate this issue on a fresh form but on your form, it is replicable; maybe the problem lies with the AJAX request. I am not sure. I've escalated this issue to the concerned team. Once this gets resolved, we'll let you know via an email under this thread.

    Please use the standard way of editing your forms for now.

    Much more comfortable if I can update the forms via tablets
